The FAQ

Do you Travel?

I do! Most shoots take place in La Crosse, Wisconsin, but I am willing to travel. I do have a travel fee of $1.00/mile, round trip, outside of La Crosse. (**Travel fees are subject to change at any time without notice)

I also provide sessions in Grafton, Wisconsin when I'm back in the Milwaukee area.

What time of day will our session be?

I like to shoot either at sunrise or the hour before sunset, so the times will change depending on the season.

I know this can sometimes be tough for the littles, but it's worth keeping them up late! (or just scheduling a sunrise session, because you know they'll be awake anyway! )

How many photos do we get?

If you look at my investment page, I provide a minimum number of photos for each session. I will always provide all of the beautiful memories that I capture within our session, I don't leave any out or try to upsell any images!

How do we get our photos?

You will receive your edited, digital photos via a link to your email. From there you can download, print and share the photos as much as you'd like!

Do you retouch photos?

I do light retouching like blemishes or scars, but nothing that will alter your overall look or body. You are beautiful the way you are, no need to alter that!

Also, I never give out RAW images.

Whats your turn around time?

I send a sneak peek within 24 hours. You will receive your full gallery within 3 - 4 weeks of your session date.

**If you need/want your images sooner than the stated turnaround time, please ask about my Rush Fee**

How do we book you?

Can you help us with planning?

I sure can! If you have any ideas or visions for your shoot, I'd love to chat about how we make them happen!

What should we wear?

• I have styling assistance available! I will send the information along with your contract.
• Jewel tones & neutrals look good on everyone
• You & anyone else in the photos should coordinate, not be too matchy matchy (I can help with color palettes!)
• Like patterns? Choose a small one that isn't too distracting
• Dress up! Why not? It always makes for gorgeous, classic images!
• Most importantly, wear something that makes you FEEL GOOD. Even if it doesn't follow the rules above. Confidence is the best thing you can wear.
